FLEXA Srl gathers the legacy of the first Italian Marine Loading Arms manufacturer – FLEXIDER Srl – founded in 1921 by R. De Benedetti.
In 1968, his son Carlo took over the activity and the production of Marine Loading Arms started off.
In 1972 the GILARDINI brand was bought and in 1976 GILARDINI-FLEXIDER was born.
In 2002 FLEXIDER released the marine loading arm business unit to FLEXA Srl.
The history of our arms goes back in time, but our interest has always been focused on constant research and technology development without leaving safety issues behind.
FLEXA today designs, estimates and manufactures all its items according to the existing legislation and following O.C.I.M.F. and I.S.G.O.T.T. Guidelines it keeps a perfect balance between the requirements of the Customer and Normalisation Codes, making of FLEXA a reference in the engineering reality of several marine terminals.
